Mp4 H.264 MPEG-4.

Does anyone know what's the big difference is between the 2 files in the Mp4 H.264 MPEG-4? File 51 is played normal but file 64 only plays slow and stucks in picture on my old computer. It is the same when i try to convert any file to Mp4 H.264 MPEG-4, 1280*720.

Hard to tell. Normally, I would have guessed file 64 to player better than 51 because it has less bitrate and doesn't use CABAC. Did you try different players (VLC, MPC-HC)? Hardware specs of the PC?
