    Hi All
    Anybody know anything about Wondershare video converter ultimate or Winx HD video converter.
    Seems from google they are loaded with Malware
    Any advice appreciated

    From what I've heard and experienced Wondershare is a bunch of cheap dupes. Don't spend your money on them, so to speak. But -as always- opinions differ.

    I for one suggest you try a converter from the VSO ConvertX series, like ConvertXtoVideo or Blu-ray Converter.

    As stated, the VSO software is a safe and good bet. Most of those programs use ffmpeg anyway.

    Hey Leghorn hope you are out there somewhere
    I am trying ConvertXtovideo and it is very impressive
    My source video is recorded movie from television M2TS
    When played on VLCplayer or Potplayer or DVD player the movie fills the screen completely.
    When I convert to any other format using the conversion program The resulting video does not fill the screen on any players as it did before conversion.
    Am I stupid ? Is there some setting I need to use to have the converted video fill the screen as before ?
    Hoping you have some experience with the program and can advise me
