I recently split a mp4 with mp4 splitter

I recently split a video with mp4 splitter and on the the second split the sound lagged from the lips of the character . Do all splitters do this? What is out there that can sync up the sound with the character speaking it? John

Try Avidemux or SolveigMM Video Splitter. If you are ok with with manually supplying split times without a preview you can also try ffmpeg, mp4box or mkvtoolnix.
