  3. I Download firmware but there is a problem in the file + All the files in the site acard.com does not work

    You might look here for .bin file info: http://www.wikihow.com/Open-BIN-Files
    You should be able to burn it with the .cue file to a CD, then install from there.
    ImgBurn should be able to burn it also if you don't have the suggested programs.

  5. Its not CD IMAGE file
    its firmware update file

    burn file as regular Data disc
    put CD to master drive in duplicate system
    select in menu like setting -> update and select file
    or something similar

    also this firmware released 9 year ago
    you probably have already latest version

  6. The problem of the files in the site are not corrupt act cannot burn the file on CD

    Is it possible to obtain the firmware update file from another site

    again its not CD IMAGE, its need burn as data cd
    download ARS-2050 Manual PDF: http://dl.acard.com/manual/english/2050(E)%20(PCB%20Rev4.x).pdf
    and read section 5.1.7 Update Firmware

  8. If you don't know how to burn as data 1)open BurnAware and select DATA disc
    2)drag and drop bin file
    3)click burn
