    I download 2 .mpg files for each movie - is there a way to link these together to fit the entire movie on ONE cd??? I am using TMPGEnc - but will try another if recommended.

    Thats not entirely true....It all depends how fussy you are about quality. You could merge both mpegs together using the merge option in TMPGenc and then reencode using a template like Kwags which you'll find in the tools section.....
