VLC iOS Crop Zoom like Safari?

Hello fellas. Need some advice again. Does anybody know settings in VLC player for iOS so that I can zoom this to look like this

First and foremost, I would turn the screen 90 degrees.

Otherwise, from the little information that I can find, I'm not sure that it's supported.

Yes but I wanted to view some specific videos in vertical mode. Anyway thanks.

On Android you can use use VLC's "fit" control and select Fit Vertical. I would guess the iOS version has the same.
