how to download caption of streaming video in "srt" format?

Hi
I tried all of the ways suggested in this forum to get the subtitle of streaming videos
but I have problem with this videos:

youtube-dl --all-subs --skip-download [URL]
You can then open and convert the subtitles to srt using e.g. Subtitle Edit. There's also an "--convert-subs srt" option but it does not work with "--skip-download" at the moment.

ABC is supported by youtube-dl but for example I can't get the captions for this video:

Also you can try 4kvideodownloader

it only works with youtube videos not other websites

You could also use Stream Gulper to download video and subs directly. It's a simple GUI for youtube-dl and subtitle edit.

But if youtube-dl wont work for your abc link it wont work though.

it seems I need to use an extractor called go.py
but I don't know how to do it?!
