I wasn't sure what would be on the Device Settings dialog -- but none of that is going to help you get uncompressed video out of the device. You're going to have to get another capture device. The Diamond VC500 is comparable to the Hauppauge USB 2 and goes for less than $40 at Amazon and Newegg.

Thanks jagabo, it's around $70-$80 to post to Australia, nobody here carries them, I had no idea those settings were what was stopping me so thank you for letting me know.
