I have Canon T5 that records H.264 video with PCM audio. I'd like to add an AAC track, while keeping the PCM and copying the video without re-encoding. I thought maybe AVIDemux could do it, but I can't figure out how. I'm on a Mac.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Or drag the file into MKVMergeGui for MAC and add the aac track. If you want you can make the aac track the default and either leave the PCM audio or untick the box. Remux. (doesn't re-encode)
