VO in mpv?

I use a stats script to display things such as frame drops, fps, etc (https://github.com/Argon-/mpv-stats), and while I get 0 dropped and mistimed frames, I get like 6-20 VO. What is VO, is it bad, and if it is, how do I fix it?

I believe "dropped" are frames dropped by the decoder while "VO" are frames dropped by the video renderer. So if "VO" increases often (not just when seeking or like twice an hour because of a slight timing mismatch between video and display) it could indicate a problem.
