Not enough information. What format are you using?

I would check the original and any converted video with MediaInfo. That should tell you the audio and video formats.
I suspect your audio is there, but in a format that only Xbox can read?

Posting a text output from MediaInfo would help quite a bit.

With more information, others may give you better advice.

    And welcome to our forums.

So.. the only time we actually get sound on just one episode is on the xbox. I don't get it on my computer or anything else. we have ripped the first 2 episodes easily but episode three there is video but no audio. We tried: Handbrake, DVD Fab 8,9 & 10, DVD shrink, MKV and several others that offer for free but then either put a watermark across the entire picture or only pull the first 5 minutes of the show.. then tell you to buy it (not really free is it?!).... very very frustrating.
I am operating in Windows 10... but cannot do all the upgrades as it is not recommended for my computer (should have left it on 7)

I guess we need to keep playing "20 questions, VideoHelp edition".

redwudz asked you to post some MediaInfo reports. Is there some reason you are unable to post them?

Also, is your XBox an XBox One or an XBox 360?

Can your computer play these files?

What other devices have you tried to use for playing your files?
Ignore list: hello_hello, tried, TechLord, Snoopy329
