8mm film strips from Epson v550 to avi file from slides

I am trying to make from these three slides they are and in arc soft stitch it it can stitch the 3 without problem and align it, but The script is giving me error even If I go and make manual adjustments and using the proper crop after first slide.I aligned them better then the stitched picture you managed to make video of I open the picture again alone in avspomde to have 2 windows and in second I measure the coordinates I go to first script left corner and last frame up left corner I use the data from the second in to script and still get error of crop

Thanks Jagabo I confused with last before last frame in a strip now everything works fine, here is 3 s example of 4 in a row strips, I will do a lot of experiment with scanning 8mm films in next days. 8mm transfer is rarely present on forums. Another thing that happens and I didn't expecting it is I opened first avi in vdub append second and it "stitched" all others in a folder at once which cut the work significantly
