Say I have a concert DVD and want to extract all the files as files and NOT like one single track... BUT without gaps where two tracks blend, when later using the playlist to play all the files in tracklist order. Kind of what EAC does for audio CD. Is there a tool to do that for DVDs? Or nothing else to do but extract as a single file and slice the files manually?

ChapterGrabber will get you chapter times. Maybe you can extract the audio as one continuous lump with DVDDecrypter, convert it to 44.1 wav, then create something with EAC with the chapter times?
