  1. Hello, dear all.

I buy and use many services like FileBoom for years without any problems.

But some days ago I'm having problems with that site: Fileboom

When I tried download some files there, I got a message error.

Download link is outdated, invalid or assigned to another IP address.
If you see this error, most likely you will need to get new download link.

I have tested many links from this site and I got the same message. Strange, because I always use this site without any issues in a recent past.

Do you know how to fix that? I have bought a month for the service and I want to use it without any error.

    Thanks for helping.

    Best regards.

Are you opening the link in a browser or using a download manager?

I'd suspect an issue with the site from which you are getting the links. I was using Fileboom Monday and Tuesday without any issues.

Hi. I get errors when use in a link in the browser. No download manager at the moment.

Strange, because I always use some links and never have issues.

Now, many links that I use I'm having problems.

Some people advice me to use some proxy / vpn or something like that to access the links. But I don't know how to do it properly.

Do you know free and good proxies that can do that? I'm afraid to change some internet settings and mess up my connection.

    Best regards.

Is your computer time accurate? And are you using the free service, registered, or premium?

When you click on a link as a free user, you are taken to the Fileboom page where you click a button or two and solve a captcha. The resulting link has an expiration timer and is tied to your IP.

I was using a premium account. You could simply contact Fileboom.

As for proxies, I've not used one in years. It's hard to find a free service which doesn't greatly impact your browsing performance. In any case, this shouldn't be necessary. If you are only seeing this issue with Fileboom, then it's very likely a Fileboom issue. Changing/hiding your IP isn't likely to fix it.

Try checking your Antivirus/firewall software to see they
    Are blocking something.

When I tried to download yesterday, it seems all the links are working again. Strange.

Maybe it was some problem / issues from Fileboom site?
