Hello! College student here who just began taking up video coding as my Undergraduate Thesis. The first task our adviser gave us is to "make" the encoder output a text file that shows three columns namely: Frame #, Slice #, CTU #. I think he wants us to do this because he wants us to be able to "address" these parts of a video and so build our algorithm from that (for example you call a function A() and want to process frame X, slice Y, CTU Z). So I was wondering if there's already a system in HEVC that does this that just needs to be turned on or do I have to code it myself (and if this is the case, may I know which part/which file in the HM model?)?

    Thanks in Advance!
