mpc-hc in Windows 10 - how to set as an option for DVD autoplay ?

I have this installed, wanted to use it for DVD playback. I can select File/Open Disk, or File/Open Directory
to play video_ts folder from the HDD, and it works well. I can also open Explorer and drag the optical disk
onto the mpc-hc icon.

What I'd like is it to have an option on the Autoplay choices when a DVD movie optical disk is inserted.

I've looked around in the settings/Control Panel, and so far, I've not been able to accomplish this task.

MPC-HC does not even appear in the list of programs for which Autoplay options can be set.

I downloaded and installed Windows 10 Enterprise version, long term support. NO metro apps, no app store, no Edge
no Cortana. Anybody tried it?

It needs to be given privileges to be placed in Autoplay, which is why you have to allow with 'Modify' button.
