Update: I was able to download the video by using the Internet Explorer developer tools.

Try to restart TubeDigger or switch to embedded Chromium3 (Android) browser in settings.

Anyway, my internet provider was the reason why I could not download these files.
Now I am at my other home, but I am using the same computer, just the internet provider is a different one and now it works without problems.

Indeed, since 4 weeks I too receives the 403-error when downloading video from vrt.nu.
It always says that something is forbidden ...
I tried it on several PS's and I get everywhere this message. I uses the latest version of TVDOWNLOADER and even reinstalled it after a deep cleanup. Problem remains ...

Is it possible that acces-rights to download the f4m-manifest re changed and that is causing the problem ?

Is there some evolution in resolving this problem ?

I was not getting any 403 errors - with streamlink - but you can see from the stream its encrypted

May or may not be relevant here (?), but we need to steer clear of those ISPs that do various things to block or impose serious limitations on however we choose to make use of the Internet service we have purchased. (As long as users are not doing nefarious things, like launching DDOS attacks.) Such limitations or interference has a lot to do with the rise in popularity of VPNs. If we can confirm that they are screwing around with the service, they need to GO, and we should find an alternative ISP that does not do this.

both VRTNU.BE and other channels from MEDIALAAN (VTM, Vier, ...) broadcast online with DRM (Digital Rights Management) and geographic restrictions.
Certain broadcasts can only be watched in Belgium.
Certain other broadcasts can only be watched, NOT downloaded.

As Xplorr, writer of TVDownloader, has stated, he has no intention to update his tool with the intention to infringe laws on DRM. Illegal downloading is not what this tool is meant for.

Kindly READ this post from page 7 onwards. Or from the beginning, for that matter.
