  1. i have a movie that i wanna convert with tnmpg and i used virtual dub to get the audio file and when i put convert them togethor the sound is off by a second in some parts what program and how can i change it please messsage back thanks

  2. it was probably in sync and out of sync at times huh? that happen to me before. Did you just open the avi with virtual dub and save wav.. then use that wav in tmpg? If so, thats probably the reason why. You need to uncompress the wav, you can do that with winamp, thats what I do, just open the wav with winamp, press stop, then press CTL P to open the preferences. On the left where it says plug ins, goto Output, and double click on nullsoft disk writer plugin, choose a directory you want to store the uncompress wav. click ok then close the preferences. now just press play and it will uncompress the wav, (make sure you don't have winamp on repeat or it will keep repeating.) after it's done, press CTL P again to get back to the preferences, double click on Nullsoft Directsound and click ok, and close winamp. Now use the new wav file u converted with winamp instead of that other file

  4. You can do that in Virtualdub a lot easier,

    Open file > Audio > Full Processing > No Compression > file > save as wav
