creating MDF image for an old CD disc

today I found out an old CD data disc that could be played correctly. It's Yes, 20 years ago, bought in 1997. I tried to make it into MDF image it was successful but reported 1 unreadable error . The disc could be played , but the MDF image created couldn't be mounted , returning with error message. Any solution?

Try using a different tool to create the image. Try cleaning the disc. You could also try ISObuster. Other than that, you would need a different CD drive.
