    If the door was flipped up it should say Panasonic. Just do a Google search for Super Drive VHS DVD recorder.

    Look on the back of the player, there should be a sticker showing
    The model number & manufacturer.

  5. Definitely Panasonic, as hech54 said. Looks like an older model, circa 2004, probably DMR-E75-S:

    Since these are in a rack and numbered, its a cinch they've been used heavily for transfers, surveillance, or perhaps commercial tasks. If you're considering buying one, don't pay too much (anything more than $100 would be too much). Personally I wouldn't touch a 13 year old unit, but some people get lucky.

    It also depends on your intentions. It wouldn't be a good risk if you needed fully functional, reliable dvd and vcr. But if you just wanted it for a pass-thru signal conditioner connected between your VCR and PC capture device, its probably fine even if the VCR and/or DVD drive don't work.
