I'm trying to upload a VR-recorded DVD+R DL that I made on a Panasonic DVD recording deck but a number of the smaller VIDEO_TS folder files are 'locked' (see pic).

Can anyone explain why and how to resolve this? Many thanks!

If it is copyright material then it is illegal to do so.

The ones that are locked are not "video". See if you can open the files in something like VOB2mpeg or even DVDShrink to create a straight MPEG2 video file.

try using ImgBurn to create an ISO file, that is ready to burn

It's my own material. The issue of it being a non-copiable DVD is not germane.
