Any Device w 5.1 audio capture yet through HDMI?

I used the advanced search function to look up threads w 5.1 in the topic but it can't do.

I see the Hauppage co. has a PVR w 5.1 capture but it has to go through SPIF? Anything on the market now with surround sound capture?

The Hauppauge HD PVR 2 does capture 5.1 AC3 sound through HDMI. I find it to be very flakey and I often have to change settings just to get it to work, but it does work.
