improving vcd picture

i have used a a 730 mb divx about an hour and 45 mins. and converted it to vcd but i got the mpg thru virtual dub and used nero to make a vcd the picture quality is good but looks slight ly degraded as it is at the moment they fit with breathing room on 2 disks. how can i make the picture better?????

by the way the original divx was very high quality

whats up razz
what I did to make the picture look alot better
is I started using the filter "sharpen edge" in the tmpenc advanced settings
and it makes a great difference
it looks alot clearer
just pull both tabs all the way to the right
and make sure that enable filter is check
and the other box is NOT checked
another great thing about it is it does not increase encode time bu much if any
