A friend gave me a link to try which might stream a video
http://iptv.jinbox.nl:1339/live/Zaza/Zaza/198.ts
Can I put this into the Rasp pi and try it out? I'd need some help doing this - it's set up with KODI for streaming video files from the PC.and that's all I know about it.
The ts works for him in VLC (up to a point) but nogo here.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

This worked for me:

But the stream only plays for about 20 seconds. You have to reselect the stream to get another 20 seconds. I tried putting the link into an m3u playlist, repeating it several times. The video plays for as many times as you repeat the link but the screen goes black for a second or two as it buffers up the next segment. -
Afore mentioned stream is only 27 sec (and low quality). Several test streams can be found on:
