  1. Ok so i'm trying to make a vcd out a avi that i converted using TMPGEnc but when i went to burn it on Nero it was Way too big! Did I compress it wrong? Did I even compress it?

  2. I'm presuming your AVI file was an encoded DivX file, which the movie length was over 90min, and when you converted it to VCD the file size was much larger as a result, that is normal, as DivX compression is much stronger then MPEG1/MPEG2, however it's quality is reduced drasticly.
    Also, in VCD format, each 1min takes 10mb of space, so a 90min movie would take 900mb, so if you got those file sizes, then whatever happened was not your fault, it's normal.
