anyone with a dv-333 ever make chapters with i-author?

I have a Pioneer DV-333 and have tried to make a VCD with chapter points (into a single video track). I use VCDImager and CDRwin to create this VCD.
When I press a numeric key, the corresponding chapter start to play when I was playing a different chapter as I expected.
However, when the DVD plays thru the chapter points, there is always a hick-up (slight pause with glitched sound).
It was not smooth for me.

i have made entrypoints with video pack 4 but i want to make entrypoints for a svcd with i-author

hey Paradebh, tell me how you made your entrypoints with i-author, i just tried making some and instead of the file starting at 30 seconds like i chose, it plays from the beginning, and i can't figure out why
