  1. Hello, dear all.

    Do you know how to slow down or speed up gif animation "velocity"?

    See this example:

    ---> http://movimentgif.tumblr.com/post/144905715477

    If I catch this gif and and wanto to slow down the "velocity", how do it properly?

    And in the case that I want to speed up the velocity, how do it too?

    If you could point freeware program that can do it, it will be nice. And some tutorial if it's available.

    Thanks for helping.

    Best regards.

    There are several short tutorials on the internet to use GIMP to change the speed. http://smallbusiness.chron.com/slow-down-animated-gif-gimp-75666.html
