So i bought honestech 3.0 Vhs to DVD and there's a ton of horizontal jitter when I watch the Vhs on the pc, which doesn't happen when i watch it on the tv . Since I didn't find anything or anyone that could help me, I am looking for some help but I don't know if i need to write my pc specs or something. Please help

You need a line time base corrector. Your best bet is a used DVD recorder that includes one. Like the Panasonic ES10, ES15, etc. Just passing the signal through one will reduce horizontal jitter.
