    I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and Corel Video Studio Pro X9 but after installed, the program cannot initialized.

    The splash screen will start loading for 5-10min and then close but the application did not launch. I check task manger, the program is not running.

    I am on Windows 10 / 64bit

    May I know how to go about? Thx.

    And the same program - Corel Video Studio Pro X9, I install in my old PC - Windows 7 have no problem.

    I would uninstall it. Delete any temporary and 'document' folders and ,if possible, registry entries.

    Then re-install.

    Corel also has a dedicated forum and it may assist to register there and ask for assistance if this does not work.
