How to accurately split a video with custom chaper marks?

i have made chapter marks.and they r good(tested in mpc-hc)

but when i try to split with mkvtoolnix, its giving me 2 or 3 seconds difference in result file.

i dont want to reencode.

is there any way i can do this?

It sounds like your chapter marks aren't at keyframes. Without reencoding you can only cut at keyframes. There are a few "smart" editors that can (depending on codecs) cut with frame accuracy and only reencode the cut GOPs. VideoRedo, for example.

i tried videoredo but it get freeze when i drop the video i want to splt..waited about 30 min many times but not working.. although its working fine with untouched vobs..

btw is there any software available which can tell me where is keyframe, while making chapters?..

or any other good splitter which can do split job, with or without chapter marks..?
