Hello all, newbie here.
I bought this DVD/Blu-ray player where I live, Indonesia. Can anyone help on how I can watch the DVD/Blu-ray discs that I got from the States using this player?
Thank you.

Blu-Ray discs may be fine as I don't believe most producers enforce the region coding. DVD will be the same as it's always been. To play discs from another region, you need a player which supports discs from that region. Most of the BR/DVD combo players that I've seen, are not (DVD) region free nor can they be hacked. Although there are some sources for hardware hacked players, but you pay a premium for those players. Google is your Friend

Thank you for your response Krispy Kritter. I guess that'll teach me to check before buying. But it was part of such a good home entertainment system. Oh well.
