Directly below the download button is 'show all files' Click that and then download the InviDownloader1.0.0.2.zip file. It contains the program, ffmpeg, and necessary DLL's.

I used youtube-dl
I typed in:
youtube-dl -F "http://www.lbcgroup.tv/watch/28089/episode-1/en"
and got available formats.
I choose:
hls-350
Then I used following command:

youtube-dl -f hls-350 "http://www.lbcgroup.tv/watch/28089/episode-1/en"

Video appears in
youtube-dl folder (ffmpeg also in the folder)

Important parts are in blue color.
