If so,how do I do it?!
I own Nero 2014. I'm going to see if I can do it using that but I think last time I tried it wasnt possible.

Well I am hardly surprised about Nero but......
Files downloaded by the BBC's own program will have DRM attached to them. Designed to prevent conversion and long-term keeping.
There are topics in the forums that discuss tools that can download. Apart from the DRM there is nothing particularily different about them. So once the file is downloaded without the DRM avidemux should be able to convert it. -
My own take on that question is that is falls foul of the 'Fair Use >> Streaming tv' rule.
Others may disagree. -
You don't get rid of the DRM.
You need to download files that don't have any DRM applied.
To do that you have to use non-BBC software.
