What is the easiest way to join a video and audio track together without recoding either element?

Gui preferred. No command line pls!

On a separate note, is there any way to make use of nvenc in premiere pro 2017 to accelerate rendering h265 videos?

I checked the description and it seems to work only on MKV files. I am trying to combine h264 wrapped in mp4 container. Which Gui works?

Mkvtoolnix' mkvmerge can read H.264 and others formats from an mp4 container. Only output will always be mkv.
