Question how to batch download and merge these 248 .ts files

This video was on PBS in October.
Here are 2 links:

Notice the only difference between the 2 links is near the end, 1 and 248
So there are 248 links when downloaded and merged will make the complete video. Each link is only about 1 MB.
Question: Is there an easy way to do this? Please show me how.

1) Firefox>tools>adblock plus addon>open blockable items
2) start video and type in
m3u8 in search box
3) copy item address
https://fsc.thevideobee.to:444/hls/,exfplmti7sfr4navd5wkli7sqa4j65suzuyad4q5pgjqd6cryu...et/master.m3u8
4) add this to beginning and end of above item address:

livestreamer "hlsvariant://https://fsc.thevideobee.to:444/hls/,exfplmti7sfr4navd5wkli7sqa4j65suzuyad4q5pgjqd6cryu2croqa4nlq,.urlset/master.m3u8" best -o video.ts

Before I figured this out, I downloaded 248 pieces and used Video Redo to join the pieces together. It took about 2 hours to do this. Livestreamer method is just a few clicks and then wait while the entire video downloads.
