When I download these programs (the latest versions of both), I usually just extract them to any old location (C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\) and their respective folders. That means, when it comes time to uninstall them, I have to manually delete the files instead of uninstalling them in Control Panel: Add/Remove Programs. Does anyone know how to fully install them so I can simply remove them in Add/Remove Programs?
Thanks.

But why would you want this???
BTW No installer means no de-installation in Add/Remove programs. These are just some registry settings how to uninstall the program.
In fact this is better the installed program's are just in the directory you put them in. And removing them completely removes the program.
