Any method can download yoga from YouTube?

I exercised Yoga recently. when I was in home, I as watching the yoga video on YouTube as exercising. But sometime I must go some places where is no wifi so that I can't online watching the Yoga video. Therefore, I want to download yoga from YouTube.
I tried some methods on Google, but it too difficult for me to change some codecs. So any easy way can download from YouTube? Thanks in advance!

You didn't mention what videos specifically you're having trouble downloading, but one of the channels mentioned in your link was Yoga With Adrienne. I tried one with 4K Video Downloader:

And got the 1080p version with no problem. I don't think her channel should give you any trouble at all as I'm sure many YouTube download programs can get her stuff. I didn't feel like checking any of the others. All you have to do is copy the link and then paste it into the program.

I was able to download the 720p one with the help of Video DownloadHelper (Firefox extension).
It's also possible to download from youtube with the help of Masstube (use the portable version to avoid ads)
