How to install passkey blu ray and dvd

I bought passkey and it worked fine on my old Windows 7 computer. When the computer died, I purchased a dell computer with a blu ray dvd writer/reader. Every time I install Passkey, the drive disappears and can only be restored by restoring the whole computer. Any suggestions on either how to install the software without losing the drive or an equivalent product to passkey.
