Need help with Adobe HDS Link Detector to get/join this video

I used to be able to use the 1-click Adobe HDS Link detector with PHP to download the above videos. However, the Link Detector doesn't show the links anymore with these videos (which new ones come out each week) using xp or windows 7 Firefox or Chrome. I can see/download/play the ts video segments on the Firefox network tool. Is there a way to automatically download all the ts segments with some tool that works with this video? Once I have the ts segments, I can just stitch them together.
EDIT: I played the entire 30 minute video in Google Chrome browser and then saw over a hundred video fragment files in the browser cache. The files have no extension but play in vlc. I think the files are mpg.
Question: How can I load all the no name extension files in a video joiner (preserving the chronological order) and then join to one video file? See screenshot for partial list of files.

Instead of YOUTUBE-DL you can use HLS Stream Detector with Livestreamer or ffmpeg

Thanks for the info on youtube-dl. I was able to download the video on this Windows 7 computer.
I used the most recent (2016.11.4) of youtube-dl.
See screenshot 1 white circles. First circle will give available files sizes.

Second circle shows file size I chose.

Third circle shows complete command with file size parameter.
