whats my problem.......help please

Would truly like some help here!

I've tried to take a Flash movie....publish it as a .avi, then tranform it to .mpeg using the recommended tmpge application. Everything seems to be hunky-doory to this point. Mpeg comes out fine. I then used cdcreator Platinium 5 to tranfer to vcd. When burning, I received a "pop-up that source file had been changed" and that some info will be lost. Needless to say, the Cd won't registar on my Sony DVD player that supposedly plays vcd. I then tried Nero 5 in which everything ran smooth.....but still no go.

Deperatly could use some help!

That's really odd, because I use the same exact method for publishing flash movies and converting them to mpeg. Here's my exact method...
Flash:
file >> export movie >> and from here I don't change any settings.
Tmpgenc:
All I do is browse for my avi from flash and choose the proper template.
Nero:
I drag and drop after choosing VCD/SVCD and it burns fine.

strange....
Anyone know of any issues w/ sony players?
I have yet to try another dvd/vcd player....that will be my next step.
