can't watch vids on site

OK, it's a pron site (I think out of Hungary if that matters.)

My laptop is running Windows XP (sp3) and the latest firefox.
Yes, it's outdated but I have no trouble viewing vids on any other site.
Here's what happens when I go to the site:
As the page is loading, I see the screen where the "welcome video" will play.
The "play" icon/arrow appears as if it will be playable.
But then the page finishes loading and a "sorry. the site is undergoing temporary maintenance. check back in a few minutes" graphic appears over the vidscreen.
I disabled adblock. Cleared cache. I also tried with IE. No dice.
I thought maybe the site wouldn't let me view any vids unless I subscribed, so I did a one day trial.
No difference. Every vid on the site is unplayable.
Again, no other site I've ever visited has given me a problem.
I tried tech support but they say they can't recreate the issue.

Can anyone tell me what format the vids on her site are? Maybe there's a setting in firefox that I can change for her specific format?
Sorry if I violated some forum rules with this post, it's just baffling why only her site is giving me that "undergoing maintenance" bs.
