i can easily watch this video in chrome using hls extension......but i need to download it.....i used a lot of softwares but they didn't work ......i also used ffmpeg......been researching about it since past 3 days but can't find any solution......plz help me.....

IDM and livestreamer both work. IDM pops up right away as soon as the video starts playing. The video clip is only 9 minutes in length; 4008_Displacement_and_Velocity.mp4

For us lesser mortals maybe you could expand on the method you got this link to play. The OP mentions a plugin but gives no details and you also say you played it.

Was it by a plugin and if so what one. Maybe even a VPN.

I still get an 'Access Denied' message however I try to edit the url.
