Adobe Premiere will not open on win 7 64 bit with 11GB RAM
Adobe Premiere Pro Startup Error
Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again.
I have NVIDIA GEFORCE G210. Updated drivers
Requirements for Premiere Pro

	What version you have? CC,CS5,CS6? 
 Its you first time program open or its worked before?
 Did you run Adobe Premiere on laptop?

	Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 on desktop. It did not work before

	recommended card not necessary to run Adobe Premiere Pro 
 for example computer with geforce 210 running Premiere CC 2015:

	Try uninstall drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller 
 restart computer and install Nvidia drivers
 
 Try download and run Premiere Pro CC 2015 version
 
 Personally I use Premiere Pro CS6
 don't like changes they make on new version

	Adobe Premiere has a lot of old buggy code, what we call bloatware. It doesn't even use a native Windows interface. The interface is just a clickmap that runs in it's own ecosystem, like Magix. 
 
 One hand doesn't know what the other is doing, so you get myriad conflicts like this. It's a giant clusterfugg.
