  10. Try uninstall drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller
restart computer and install Nvidia drivers

Try download and run Premiere Pro CC 2015 version

Personally I use Premiere Pro CS6
don't like changes they make on new version

Adobe Premiere has a lot of old buggy code, what we call bloatware. It doesn't even use a native Windows interface. The interface is just a clickmap that runs in it's own ecosystem, like Magix.

One hand doesn't know what the other is doing, so you get myriad conflicts like this. It's a giant clusterfugg.

ID:	39133I got notified of an update to NVIDIA. What does program and game profile mean? I do not have games so not familiar with them. It is not any adware is it? Is it possible the driver mentioned would work with Premiere?
