    please do you know how change the settings of the Control Panel-->Power Options so that I can swith on the "high performance" via a registry .bat file ? Thanks

    Not sure about a .bat file, but in my Win 10 PC the 'High Performance' setting is available along with the other power settings:

    i click change plan settings and make them all what i want. it show up as "custom" plan then.

  5. I don't know much about Win10, but in earlier versions of Windows, powercfg.exe let you set all sorts of parameters that were not available via any Control Panel applet. The processor speed could be set to several states that were not associated with any of the usual Power presets.
