    so i picked up this camera for less then $6.63usd free shipping to new zealand from the usa and it has amazing video and audio is really clear but one downside is when i use the app CL-Eye Test preview video is fine but when i record the video it seems to lag ever couple of seconds or for like a half a second or so same happened when using virtualdub and AVS Video Editor gives me this when i select the camera video and audio fail out of sync the capture can not be preformed error id: -4 and vlc player under capture devices it does not show up only the mic on the camera dose

    can anybody help this camera really does nice video and would love to be able to rec with it

    my computer is i7 2600k 8gb ram nvidia geforce gts 450 and high speed usb 2.0

  2. The EyeToy USB camera? Figure out whether you have the Logitech or Namtai version and search the appropriate driver. I've used the older PS2 Logitech version with XP and Win7 without any problems.

  4. I'm not familiar with that one.

    But generally, with VirtualDub: do not enable audio playback while capturing. Do not compress the audio while capturing. Play with the A/V sync settings, Capture -> Timing... Especially try Resync mode: Do Not Resync...
