Hi I have some anime dvd's and want to rip them just want to demux them went to use MakeMkV and found you need to use manual mode but cannot figure out how to enter manual mode it is not in the options.

Reason is to split main video by chapters.

Also do I have to deinterlace the video for playback on stand alone device (PS4,PS3) as the source is interlaced.
