I'm a bit of a Newbie, but I think your problem is that when you installed Windows 10, it changed all your Codec filters to Microsoft ones.
    I had the same problem.
Best to download Win7DSFilter Tweaker. Then use this simple program to change all the Codec filters to LAV.
Also make sure you do not have any other Codec filters on the computer.
BTW, the latest LAV filters are now ver 0.68.1.
    Hope this helps.

Microsoft has a habit of assuming only there software exists or is better than everybody else

The problems, as suggested, is likely to be the codecs has been forced back to microsoft filters (which are rubbish)

Update to the latest LAVFilters, and you will probably have to force the codecs to LAVFilters using Win7DSFilter Tweaker (I have to)

This should fix out of sync audio, it did for me after much head banging and found out by accident the the codecs wasn't changing to LAVFilters after reinstalling and uninstaller and lost of frustration wondering why it worked fine previously but now not at all

I also found out my 64-bit filters were also not set, so now all my filters are running via LAVFiliters with no more issues ....
