AVI openDML error message, can you help fix?

i have AVI openDML error message on the DivX codec only.
I can make AVI movies with XviD or Microsoft Media video 9, but DivX doesnt work anymore and Adobe flash thing for the internet doesnt upgrade, it causes an error and i suspect the same reason.

what I tried to find the problem was that i uninstalled every software in my OS and i tried and it didnt work.
so what i think is .. if there is an AVI openDML related software i can install, it may fix the registry and driver problems during its installation.
and I tried to freshly install and uninstall DivX codec several times and it didnt work either,
