svcd need help real bad please

i downloaded the movie 3000 miles from graceland can't seem to burn it with nero already i screwed up 3 cds the movie is 793 mbs this is what i do with nero i open nero click on super video cd icon then i click on new in the next window next i find the file and drag it to the drop box on the left of nero when that's done i go to file and click on write and let it burn and yes my dvd player do play svcd i already played one i have a hp writer 8100 do i have to do an overburn on this if so how do i do this i hope i explained this good enough cause i'am pretty new at this and the movie is svcd please help me
