  1. Hey guys, been using uncropmkv for awhile now, first time with any issues. Recently changed a 1920x800 to 1920xw1080. Video was fine but somehow the audio was delayed. Ive never had this issue before. Anyone else?

The only time I've experienced A/V synch issues is when something was wrong with the audio. I did notice that your Audio and Video durations are not the same.

  4. Yea I just noticed that as well, but on the original file it plays perfectly fine so I wonder why it affects it after uncropmkv does its thing

What you can try is importing the 1920x800 source mkv in mkvtoolnix and remux to new output. Then check if that new output has no a/v sync issues.
If it's okay, uncrop that new file and see if it comes out okay. Sometimes remuxing with mkvtoolnix fixes certain issues.
